AldoSil 397 is a high-solids, moisture-curing one-part silicone roof coating that its data sheet says can go on in a single coat over 40 wet mils without blistering, over metal, aged EPDM, TPO and PVC, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray foam. The technical data sheet lists 94 percent solids by weight and 92 percent by volume, 164 percent elongation and 336 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370), VOC under 50 g/L and, for white only, an initial solar reflectance of 0.82 and SRI of 103, in white, tan, gray and black.
