AldoSil 395 is a solvent-based, moisture-curing one-part silicone roof coating that the maker points to especially for spray foam roofs, and approves over metal, aged EPDM, TPO and PVC, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray polyurethane foam. Its technical data sheet lists 82 percent solids by weight and 68 percent by volume, 186 percent elongation and 551 psi tensile strength (ASTM D412), VOC of 246 g/L and, for white only, an initial solar reflectance of 0.87 and SRI of 113, in white, tan, gray and black.
