AldoCoat TE+ is a high-tensile, water-based elastomeric acrylic roof coating that can serve as either base coat or top coat over metal, aged single-ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray foam. Its technical data sheet lists 62 percent solids by weight and 52 percent by volume, 650 percent elongation and 570 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370), VOC under 50 g/L and, for white only, an initial solar reflectance of 0.86 and SRI of 109. The data sheet lists white, tan and gray, while the product page shows white as the available colour.
