AldoCoat 400S is a premium water-based elastomeric acrylic roof coating that the maker says resists dirt pick-up and fungal and algae growth, for use over metal, aged single-ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray foam. Its technical data sheet lists 68 percent solids by weight and 53 percent by volume, 250 percent elongation and 275 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370), VOC under 50 g/L and, for white only, an initial solar reflectance of 0.87 and SRI of 110. The data sheet lists white, tan, gray and custom colours, while the product page shows gray as the available colour.
