AldoCoat 374 is an economy water-based acrylic base coat that forms the first layer of a multi-coat acrylic roof restoration over metal, aged EPDM, TPO and PVC, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray foam. Its technical data sheet lists 55 percent solids by weight and 50 percent by volume, 200 percent elongation and 225 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370) and VOC under 50 g/L, with gray as the only standard colour; the same sheet prints an initial solar reflectance of 0.90 and an SRI of 115 with no colour qualifier.
