SS Panel is a symmetrical standing seam roof panel closed by a 1 in. snap-on seam cap with a double bead of factory-injected sealant, which simplifies miter cuts at valleys, hips and dormers and lets one continuous panel turn a change in roof plane. It comes in 12.5, 14.5, 16.5 and 18.5 in. widths in 24 and 22 gauge steel or aluminum, can be curved or tapered, and needs a 3:12 minimum slope over a solid substrate with underlayment.
