Series 300 is a structural and architectural standing seam roof system with a 2-3/8 in. symmetrical seam closed by a separate seam cap, a one-piece 16-gauge galvanized or stainless steel concealed clip that lifts the panel 3/8 in. off the substrate and allows unlimited thermal movement, and factory-applied hot-melt sealant kept isolated from the clip. It installs over open purlins or solid decks on slopes down to 1/4:12, in 12, 16 and 18 in. widths, from steel, aluminum, zinc, copper or stainless steel, and can be curved, tapered or factory-formed in panels up to 85 feet. The maker lists a 20-year finish warranty for Kynar 500 coatings plus materials, workmanship and watertight warranties.
