PermLok is an interlocking snap-together standing seam architectural roof panel for steep slopes, offered as PermLok 1.0 (1 in. seam, 13 and 17 in. widths) and PermLok 1.5 (1-1/2 in. seam, 12 and 18 in. widths), with factory-installed seam sealant and heavy 18-gauge concealed clips. It needs a 3:12 or greater slope over a solid deck and underlayment and is made in G90 galvanized steel, AZ55 Galvalume or aluminum. The page lists a UL 580 Class 90 windstorm rating, a 20-year Kynar finish warranty, a materials and workmanship warranty and a 10-year weathertight warranty on qualifying projects.
