UltraHP is IKO's preformed, precut two-layer high-profile hip and ridge cap shingle, 11 1/2 in. x 10 in. with an 8 1/4 in. exposure and 20 linear ft. per bundle, needing no cutting or folding. IKO notes that, being 10 in. wide, it requires a ridge vent 9 in. wide or less, and that only UltraHP IR, not UltraHP, should be used with impact-resistant shingles.
