Heat welded SBS modified bitumen base sheet with a composite reinforcement of non-woven polyester and a glass fiber scrim in both machine and cross directions. Micro-perforated film on both faces melts during welding to the substrate and to the cap sheet. The data sheet lists 3.0 mm (118 mils) in 1,005 mm x 10 m rolls with a 90 mm (3.5 in) selvage. It serves as the lay-flat base sheet in a layered membrane system.
