Heat welded SBS modified bitumen base sheet on a non-woven polyester mat strengthened with glass fiber strands. It is offered as TP-180-FF-Base, with micro-perforated film on both faces, and TP-180-SF-Base, with a sanded top and a film underside, which IKO says can also serve as a vapour retarder; the SF version is listed in 3.0 mm and 3.5 mm. The FF and 3.0 mm SF data sheets list 3.0 mm (118 mils) in 1,005 mm x 10 m rolls with a 90 mm (3.5 in) selvage. It serves as the lay-flat base sheet in a layered membrane system.
