Quick-drying, solvent-based surface conditioner used under IKO self-adhering roofing membranes on wood, glass mat gypsum sheathing, masonry, concrete and metal, on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It dries to a high tack and is applied by brush, roller or spray. The data sheet lists 17 L (4.49 gal) pails covering about 122 to 244 sq ft per gallon. IKO also lists an LVC version.
