Roof-Fast Cap is IKO's granule-surfaced, fiberglass-reinforced, self-adhering polymer-modified bitumen cap sheet for residential low-slope roofs, installed as a one-ply system or as two plies over Roof-Fast Base and rolled in with a 60 to 100 lb. steel roller. The November 2025 data sheet gives a 39.375 in. x 32.92 ft. roll (100 sq. ft.), 138 mils thick with a 3 in. selvage, and Class C fire results under ASTM E108 and UL 790.
