Fully adhered SBS modified bitumen cap sheet built on a non-woven polyester mat strengthened with glass fiber strands, coated top and bottom with SBS polymers and asphalt. The top surface carries ceramic coated mineral granules and the sanded underside is installed in mopping asphalt or an IKO- approved cold process adhesive. The data sheet lists a 3.5 mm (138 mil) sheet in 1,005 mm x 10 m rolls with a 90 mm (3.5 in) selvage. It is used as the protective cap over a BUR system or the top ply of a two-ply modified bitumen system.
