Water-based acrylic copolymer primer that improves adhesion and blocks asphalt bleed-through and staining of elastomeric coatings applied over granulated SBS or APP modified bitumen and granulated BUR. It is applied by roller or airless spray at a minimum of 1 gallon per 100 sq ft. The data sheet lists 5 gal and 50 gal containers.
