Low-VOC single-component styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) liquid-applied roof coating for low-slope restoration over granule-surfaced SBS or APP modified bitumen and galvanized metal, and also usable on plywood, concrete and BUR. It comes in white, black and light gray in 5 gal pails and 50 gal drums. The data sheet lists a VOC under 90 g/L, a permeance under 1.0 perm and, for white, a solar reflectance index of 106 initial and 91 after three years, and states it is CRRC listed.
