Security Rib is an exposed-fastener steel roofing and siding panel from Ideal Roofing with five 1/2 inch high ribs and 31 inch coverage, cut to length to the inch. The maker recommends it as roofing on rafters up to 24 feet long with a minimum 4/12 slope, for agricultural, residential and small storage buildings. It is offered in galvanized steel (ASTM A653 SS Grade 33, G90) and Galvalume Plus (ASTM A792 SS Grade 33, AZ165) in 30, 28 and 26 gauge, pre-painted Perspectra PLUS / WeatherXL steel, and plain or pre-painted aluminum.
