H-F 20.25 and H-F 16 are concealed-fastener steel roof panels from Ideal Roofing with a standing- seam appearance, roll-formed from Galvalume steel and fastened with screws through oval slots that let the panels move with thermal expansion. ICC-ES report ESR-3100 (reissued December 2025) describes HF-16 as a 26 gauge panel 17-3/4 inches wide with 1-7/16 inch ribs on 16 inch centres and HF-20.25 as a 24 gauge panel 22 inches wide with ribs on 20-1/4 inch centres, in lengths up to 42 feet, made from ASTM A792 SS Grade 33 steel; the product page lists 28, 26 and 24 gauge with a 10,000 Series Kynar 500 paint system. ESR-3100 lists the panels as Class A roof coverings on new roofs over solid or closely fitted sheathing. Ideal Roofing publishes a limited warranty of up to 40 years for the pre-painted Kynar 500 finish and a 30-year Galvalume warranty.
