IB Water Stop is a one-component, butyl-based gray mastic for sealing IB flashing membrane to substrates, behind exposed termination bars and between roof membrane and drain flashings, and for sealing vertical terminations and roof penetrations. It is supplied in 10.3 oz cartridges, 10 per case, with a stated yield of about 15 linear feet per tube at a 1/2-inch bead.
