IB Sealer is a single-component, flashing-grade, moisture-cure polyurethane roof sealant, gray in color, for sealing joints, seams, angle changes and irregular penetration flashings with IB Silicone or urethane coatings, and for use as a pitch-pan filler and joint sealer with single-ply membranes. IB states it can in most cases replace three-course fabric reinforcement of seams and flashings. It is sold in 2.5-gallon and 5-gallon pails, and the IB adhesives page links this TDS under the name IB Roof Seal.
