Rapid Set Adhesive is a solvent-free, low-viscosity, two-component, low-rise polyurethane foam adhesive for bonding approved roof insulation, including IB Energy Board II and III and IB HD ISO, to structural roof decks, vapor retarders, other insulation boards and prepared existing roof surfaces. It is sold in 1.5 L dual cartridges for bead applicators. The same adhesive is published as Rapid Set PG Foam for pump-grade applicators, in 5-gallon boxes and 15-gallon and 50-gallon drums of each part. IB refers users to individual assembly approvals.
