IB Acrylic Pro is a single-component, water-based, 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating for metal panel roofs, primed smooth and granule-surfaced asphaltic roofs, concrete, aged EPDM, polyurethane foam and aged thermoplastic single-ply membranes. The technical data sheet (Rev. 01-2024) prints 53 percent solids by volume, 325 percent initial elongation and 257 psi initial tensile strength by ASTM D2370, VOC under 50 g/L, a white solar reflectance index of 110 initial and 99 after three years, and a coverage rate of 1.0 to 1.75 gallons per 100 square feet per pass. Its approvals list says it meets ASTM D6083, carries a "UL Class A Fire Classification per UL790/ASTM E108", is CRRC listed, Title 24 compliant and holds a Florida Building Code product approval. It comes in white, gray and tan in 5, 55 and 275 gallon containers.
