H-Shield is a rigid roof insulation board with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured on-line to fiber reinforced facers on each side, with a light facer on one side and a dark facer on the other (ReadyFlash Technology) so the installer can manage adhesive flash-off time. The product page prints 4 by 4, 4 by 8 and 4 by 12 foot panels in thicknesses of 1 to 4.5 inches, an optional 5 percent bio-content version at 2.0 and 2.6 inches, and compliance with ASTM C 1289 Type II, Class 1, Grade 2 (20 psi) or Grade 3 (25 psi), IBC Chapter 26, Florida Product Approval FL 5968, California Title 24 license TI-1420 and Miami-Dade County Product Control approval. The technical data sheet lists it as a component in UL 790, UL 1256 and UL 263 assemblies and under FM 4450 and FM 4470.
