H-Shield NB is a nail base composite roof panel with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured on-line to a fiber reinforced facer on one side and a 7/16 inch OSB substrate on the other, and can be made off-line bonded to 5/8 inch OSB, 5/8 inch plywood or 3/4 inch plywood. The product page describes it as suited to new construction and re-roofing of commercial and residential steep-slope roofs and lists ASTM C 1289 Type V, Grade 2 (20 psi), IBC Chapter 26, Florida Product Approval FL 5968, California Title 24 license TI-1420 and Miami-Dade County Product Control approval; the technical data sheet lists it in UL 790, UL 1256 and UL 263 assemblies and under FM 4450 and FM 4470.
