ZIP System Flashing Tape is Huber's acrylic, pressure-activated seam and flashing tape, 12 mils thick, sold in 3-3/4 inch by 30 or 90 foot, 6 inch by 75 foot, 9 inch by 50 foot and 12 inch by 50 foot rolls. Huber positions the 12 inch roll as a single-piece roof valley sealing option and the tape as the seam sealer for ZIP System sheathing. The product page lists ESR 2227, AAMA 711 (pass), a 0 to 120 degree F installation range and a 180 day exposure, and backs the tape with a 180-day Exposure Guarantee and a 30-year limited warranty when used with ZIP System sheathing.
