Pro-Grade 280 is a 100 percent acrylic elastomeric white roof coating with dirt pick-up resistant technology, used as a protective surfacing for previously coated roofs, asphalt emulsion, smooth BUR and other approved substrates. Its technical data sheet reports more than 250 percent initial elongation and more than 240 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370), an initial SRI of 111 and a three-year SRI of 89, states that it meets ASTM D6083 and California Title 24 Section 118(i)3, and lists Florida, Miami-Dade, FM, UL and CRRC approvals without giving listing numbers.
