GulfPBR is an R-panel style exposed-fastener metal roof panel for residential and commercial roofs; its taller rib stiffens the panel for open spans up to 5 ft. It gives 36 in. net coverage in 26 and 24 gauge steel, painted or Galvalume, over 15/32 in. minimum plywood, 1x4 SYP purlins on plywood, or 16 gauge minimum open steel framing, at a minimum slope of 3:12 per the product page. The product page lists Florida Product Approvals FL 34538.06-R3 (HVHZ) and FL 33818.06-R5 (non-HVHZ). Gulf Coast's published UL statement says the fire classification under ASTM E108 and UL 790 is set by the complete roof assembly, including substrate and underlayment or barrier, and not by the panels alone.
