ShingleLayment-15 Pro is Grip-Rite's mechanically attached synthetic underlayment with a non-skid polypropylene coating over a thin 8x8 scrim and an EVA-coated backing the sell sheet calls DeckGrip, used as an alternative to ASTM D226 Type I or II or ASTM D4869 Type IV felt under steep-slope roof coverings. The product page and family sell sheet give 4 by 250 foot, 10-square rolls weighing 21 lb, 95 GSM, 7.0 mil, a heat-diffusing gray facer and UV exposure up to 180 days. The ShingleLayment family sheet lists ICC ESR-2945 under AC188 and ASTM D8257, ASTM D226, ASTM D4869 Type IV, CAN CSA A123.3-05, Miami-Dade NOA 24-0610.01 and Florida FPA 12510, and says the line is "Class A Fire Tested" without naming the test. The ShingleLayment warranty covers it for 25 years on a single-family residence and 20 years on other structures, though its remedy clause refers to a twenty- or fifteen-year term.
