Tuff-Rib is a light-gauge exposed-fastener steel roof and wall panel with five 3/4 inch high ribs spaced 9 inches on centre and 36 inch coverage, manufactured custom cut to the inch in lengths from 3 to 45 feet. It is offered in 29 gauge (0.70 lb per square foot) and 26 gauge (0.85 lb per square foot) in SMP colours, for residential, agricultural and light commercial use. Painted panels carry a lifetime film integrity warranty and a 30-year chalk/fade warranty, and unpainted Galvalume carries a 30-year warranty, per Green Tree Metals; the painted finish is baked enamel over primer and Galvalume.
