A flat-profile clay roof tile styled after English stone shingle roofing, laid at a random, generally 8 in. head lap. Per IAPMO UES ER-510 (Table 2), Cotswold Shingles are graded Type III-Flat Profile/Grade 1 under ASTM C1167, are 14 in. long by 5/8 in. thick, and are supplied in four widths (6.5, 7.25, 8.5 and 9.0 in.) that are mixed on the roof; installed dry weight for the course ranges 8.9 to 11.4 psf.
