DensDeck StormX Prime Roof Board is a 5/8-inch gypsum board with coated glass mat facers and EONIC Technology, used as a substrate board, thermal barrier, recovery board and cover board in mechanically fastened, adhered and partially adhered commercial roofing systems. Georgia-Pacific states it is FM classified for Very Severe Hail (VSH) in approved single-ply membrane assemblies and was the first gypsum cover board to pass FM VSH in a single-ply assembly with an adhered standard 60 mil TPO bareback membrane. The product page lists a nominal compressive strength of 1800 psi.
