DensDeck Roof Board is a rigid gypsum board with a non-combustible gypsum core used as a cover board, thermal barrier or substrate board in commercial low-slope roof assemblies, typically in mechanically fastened assemblies. Georgia-Pacific states it has 0 flame spread and 0 smoke developed when tested to ASTM E84 and CAN/ULC-S102, and is UL classified for resistance to external and internal fire sources per ANSI/UL 790 and ANSI/UL1256. The product page lists nominal thicknesses of 1/4, 1/2 and 5/8 inch and a nominal compressive strength of 900 psi.
