DensDeck Prime Roof Board is a glass-mat-faced, high-density gypsum roof board made with Georgia-Pacific's EONIC Technology for mechanically fastened, adhered and partially adhered roofing systems, offering a bonding surface for roofing membranes and air and vapor retarders. Georgia-Pacific states it allows 5 percent water absorption by weight and 1 gram nominal surface water absorption, and has zero flame spread and zero smoke developed when tested to ASTM E84. The product page lists nominal thicknesses of 1/4, 1/2 and 5/8 inch and a nominal compressive strength of 900 psi.
