GenFlex UltraFlash One-Part Liquid Flashing is a one-component polyurethane/bitumen waterproofing resin for roof flashings and details where membrane flashing is difficult to install. It is applied as a base coat, reinforcement embedment coat and finish coat of about 30 wet mils each, at an approximate coverage of 2.0 gallons per 100 sq ft, and may be finished with ceramic granules. It is supplied in cartons of two 1-gallon pails and in 5-gallon pails. The data sheet lists properties tested to ASTM D412, D903, D5147, E96 and C836.
