GenFlex SBS Premium FR is a fire-retardant SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) modified bitumen membrane reinforced with a 265 g/m2 non-woven polyester mat enhanced with continuous glass fiber yarn, installed in approved hot asphalt or Multi-Purpose MB Cold Adhesive for new construction and reroofing. The product data sheet (PDS 512) lists a white roll with 98 square feet of net coverage weighing 115.5 lb and a typical thickness of 160 mil (130 mil minimum).
