Ultra-Thane 250 HFO Roofing is a closed-cell, two-component, spray-in-place rigid polyurethane roofing foam for exterior use only, blown with low-GWP hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) and used for new roof construction and roof recover under a UV-reflective elastomeric coating. It is formulated at 2.7 pcf in winter, regular and summer reactivity grades and sold in 1,000 lb two-component drum kits; the TDS lists an aged R-value of 6.2 at 1 inch (ASTM C518) and 95 percent closed-cell content. The TDS lists ASTM E108 Class A and Class B roof-covering classifications for new construction and for maintenance and repair, depending on the system, and a UL listing under File 14330.
