Ultra-Guard 5700 HS is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-cured silicone elastomeric roof coating used as a restoration system and to protect spray polyurethane foam, for use over roof membranes, BUR and metal; the maker states it resists ponding water and heat up to 250 F, and an accelerator package can shorten dry time. It comes in white, light gray, light tan and medium gray in 5-gallon pails and 50-gallon drums. The line also includes Ultra-Guard 5700 RG, a roller and squeegee grade, and Ultra-Guard 5700 Mastic, a brush and trowel grade silicone mastic in 3.5-gallon pails for penetrations, seams, drains and scuppers. The TDS lists a UL 790 Class A classification as a component of roof deck assemblies in UL File 14330, Intertek CCRR-1026, Miami-Dade NOA 16-0314.03 and CRRC rated product ID 0684-0011 (initial solar reflectance 0.88, weathered 0.67).
