Ultra-Flex 1800 is a reflective 100 percent acrylic elastomeric finish coat used as a maintenance coating over BUR, single-ply and metal roofing and polyurethane roof foam, and as the top coat over Ultra-Flex 1700. It comes in tan, gray and white in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 250-gallon totes, and over foam is applied at a minimum of 24 dry mils in two coats. The TDS states it meets ASTM D6083 and Title 24, is approved by the California State Fire Marshal and is classified Class A by Underwriters Laboratories under UL 790; the maker's acrylic coatings page states Ultra-Flex coatings are Class B over combustible decks and Class A over non-combustible decks.
