Ultra-Flex 1600 is a 100 percent acrylic, waterborne elastomeric finish coat used as a maintenance coating or restoration system over single-ply membranes and metal roofing, as an acrylic recoat and as the top coat over Ultra-Flex 1500. It comes in white, off white, light gray, light tan and medium gray in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 250-gallon totes, and over foam is applied at a minimum of 24 dry mils in two coats. The TDS states it meets ASTM D6083 and Title 24, is approved by the California State Fire Marshal and is classified Class A by Underwriters Laboratories under UL 790; the maker's acrylic coatings page states Ultra-Flex coatings are Class B over combustible decks and Class A over non-combustible decks.
