Ultra-Flex 1300 is a waterborne elastomeric metal roof coating formulated as a top coat over standing seam and lapped metal roof systems and agricultural Quonset structures, and to seal seams and penetrations on existing metal buildings. Over metal roofs it is applied at a minimum of 24 dry mils in two coats. It comes in tan, gray and white in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 250-gallon totes. The TDS states it meets ASTM D6083 and Title 24 and is classified Class A by Underwriters Laboratories under UL 790; the maker's acrylic coatings page states Ultra-Flex coatings are Class B over combustible decks and Class A over non-combustible decks.
