Ultra-Bond 30 is a clear, ready-to-use, low-viscosity waterborne modified acrylic primer and sealer for existing cementitious roof substrates, used with Ultra-Flex 1000 for repair and recoat of spray polyurethane foam roofs that carry a concrete overlay, and as a primer over existing acrylic-coated roofs before a new acrylic top coat. It comes in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
