Ultra-Bond 16 is a clear, single-component waterborne modified acrylic primer for adhesion over acrylic-coated polyurethane foam, and is used over existing acrylic-coated roofs before a new acrylic top coat. It is applied by spray, brush or roller and comes in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
