Ultra-Bond 10 is a waterborne modified acrylic neoprene asphalt roof primer used as a substrate primer before spray polyurethane foam, to promote adhesion of foam to roof substrates and to give short-term protection and a bonding surface when applied directly to foam. Recommended substrates are polyurethane foam, ferrous metal, wood, BUR and concrete. It is black, water based and non-flammable, and comes in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
