Products / Gardner White Flash Pro White Roof Cement

White Flash is a white, synthetic-fiber-reinforced roof cement (product 440) for repairing cracks and holes on roof surfaces and sealing metal seams, vertical walls and HVAC ductwork, and is described as compatible with white roof coatings. Its technical data sheet states one pail provides approximately 20 square feet of repairs and that it is not for use on EPDM, TPO, PVC or other single-ply roofs. The data sheet warrants satisfactory results for seven years from purchase when directions are followed.
