Gardner Neoprene Flashing Cement (product code 1329-GA) is a liquid neoprene rubber flashing cement that contains no asphalt, for sealing around vent stacks, skylights and flashings in new construction or leak repair. It can be applied in wet or dry conditions and dries black. Its technical data sheet warrants satisfactory results for 30 years from purchase when directions are followed.
