Gardner 100% Silicone Flat Roof Coat-N-Seal (SK-8245) is a high-solids, fast-setting, moisture-cure silicone roof coating for flat and low-slope roofs and ponding-water areas over metal, aged modified bitumen, BUR, concrete, tile, aged TPO and EPDM and existing acrylic, asphalt emulsion and aluminum coatings, applied in one coat at about 71 square feet per gallon. Its technical data sheet reports 97 percent solids by weight and volume, 90 percent reflectivity and an SRI of 115, and states it exceeds the performance requirements of ASTM D6694 and ASTM D7281 and Title 24.
