Black Jack Rubr-Coat #57 (product 6080) is a rubberized, fibered asphalt coating for weatherproofing roofs and foundations, used on roofs to seal worn surfaces and as a base for reflective coatings, and below grade to protect masonry, foam board, wood and metal. Its technical data sheet gives a coverage of approximately 50 square feet per gallon. It is sold in 1-gallon and 5-gallon pails, and the data sheet carries a 12-month limited warranty against material defects.
