Black Jack Roof & Foundation Coating is a liquid-applied asphalt coating for worn roof surfaces and masonry, offered in two versions with their own data sheets: product 6190, a non-fibered coating that also serves as a base coat for reflective coatings (approximately 350 square feet per 5-gallon pail, three-year limited warranty against material defects), and product 6125, a fibered brushable coating (approximately 50 square feet per gallon, 12-month limited warranty). Both are sold in 1-gallon and 5-gallon pails, and the 6125 data sheet states it is not for EPDM, Hypalon or PVC surfaces.
