APOC 583 Armor-Base is a waterborne epoxy bleed-blocking primer applied over asphalt substrates before APOC silicone coatings, designed for use with APOC specification- grade polyester reinforcement to form a fully adhered base. Its technical data sheet states it is not for single-ply roof surfaces or for surfaces at 120 degrees F or above.
