APOC 301 is a water-based, liquid-applied asphalt coating for restoring worn built- up, modified bitumen and asphalt-coated roof surfaces and dampproofing exterior foundation walls; it can be top-coated with a reflective coating after 7 days. Its technical data sheet calls for patching cracks with APOC 109 and APOC 470 fabric or APOC Incredible Tape first, and carries a one-year limited warranty against material defects.
